2) Scope

This Policy applies to our websites and pages listed in our sitemap, and to related contact forms, creator applications, investor inquiries, and business communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control. For creators and partners using third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), your use is also subject to those platforms’ privacy terms.

• Business data: information from partners, advertisers, affiliates, and creators that is necessary to evaluate partnerships, manage contracts, run campaigns, and perform financial reconciliation.

• Provide & improve Services (legitimate interests / performance of a contract).
• Respond to inquiries & applications (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
• Operate MCN/creator and media programs including distribution, monetization, and brand safety (performance of a contract / legitimate interests).
• Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
• Compliance with applicable laws and requests from competent authorities (legal obligation).
• Marketing communications where permitted (consent/legitimate interests; you may opt out at any time).

6) Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies to deliver core site functionality and may use optional cookies for analytics and performance measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. 7) Advertising, affiliate & analytics disclosure

We do not sell Personal Information for money.
